"mesh contains root bone as root but animation doesn't contain the root track"

I tried to import some animations using a skeleton I bought off of the marketplace, but this error keeps occurring. Solutions?

Ensure that you add the root bone to the control rig. See the following link for more information:

I found a Simple solution for it what you can do is when you download an animation open it in blender and see what the bone structure is if the bone structure is different from your rigged character then it won’t work, you have to make sure that the bone structure in animation is same as the bone structure for your character and in blender for animation and skeletal mesh make sure you rename armature with root.

this isn’t a fix
