Rotate the shoulders more so it is more of a T Pose than an A Pose.

nothing really worked

is it normal, if standart pose in engine differ from one in maya?

also i tryed this and hand-bones inwards to center, nothing changed/little change both times

I think it might be because of the animation. The UE third person starter animation for the mannequin has a smaller character. So to fix this I think you’ll have to change the animation.
