Hello Everyone,
I am using Reality Capture to create a 3D model of a temple we surveyed. I have camera images, drone images, and point clouds of the site. First, I merged both camera and drone images successfully. In the second stage, I want to merge the first component (camera+drone) with the laser scanner point clouds. However, when I do that with the Merge Components tool, I lose many details that already exist in the point cloud.
I have tried to modify the alignment settings but it has no effect. The following shows snapshots for the point-cloud component, camera+drone component, and all merged component.
