In Reality Capture is possible to merge components aligned on 2 computers?
I have a building and I aligned the images from inside on PC 1 and the images from outside on PC2. I exported the registration from PC1 and merged the two components on PC2. I got a complete alignment (inside+outside), but when I want to create the 3D Model in normal detail I get the error " Invalid or corrupt input data".
Separetly, I had no problem with obtaining an interior model on PC1 and an exterior model on PC2.
How can I put together components from several computers?
Thanks!
Hi theoo1o
Yes, it is possible. It should work as you described.
Do you have both datasets on both computers?
Are you using PPI? Have you already licensed the inputs?
Hi @OndrejTrhan .
I have both datasets on both computers. I’m using the 2 ENTERPRISE licences with offline activation and use.
Do you have the data physically on both computers, or are they stored on a shared network or online storage?
Does the camera count in all components (single, merged) correspond to the number of images that are supposed to be in those?
