Merging actors in blueprint

I am trying to create a room and fill it with info mainly how much oxygen is in that room. However rooms are constructible/destructible in game and what I have done so far is when the room in enclosed make a flood fill of boxes that fill the space in the room. This fills up the space inside so no matter what shape or size (clamped on size) it can get the whole area. Now my problem is I don’t just want a bunch of invisible boxes each with their own variables about the room I would like to merge them into one actor and call it Room Info. I would like to do this in game on the fly since rooms can be made by the players. Also I haven’t played with merge much does it remove all the individual actors and combine them into one or does it just lock them together? If its the latter I probably will need a better solution to what I’m trying to do. Thanks in advance for any help.
