Merge a lot of actors have a very small limit

I’m trying to somehow copy 34500 static meshes to my blueprint, or to merge them all into a single static mesh actor, I’m also trying to divide in stages, to dive 25% of everything (8000 meshes) and then again until completion, but it doesn’t matter when I combine the meshes, the engine freezes and I wait many hours until the EU4 crash message appears. Actually the limit of meshes at the same time that can be combined is very small, maybe less than 100 to achieve success without crashing and the problem is not my hardware that is enough to support heavy things.

My PC:

ASUS H110 CS-BR
NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB
intel i5-7500 - 3.40 ghz
12GB RAM 4 + 8 - 3200 MZH
SSD 128 GB 6GB/S + HD 1TB + (HD 200GB windows pagefile)

With that many meshes, I think not…

I didn’t say I was going to dive all at the same time, I would divide it in stages but this limit is very small, if I dive 1000 meshes at a time it would take a long time, this limit is very small. There must be another way.

You could write a BP, that takes a limited number of mesh in your scene and merges them, waits until it’s done and repeats the process. Once you get it working, you can just go shopping… :slight_smile:

I got success using the lowest setting possible dividing in 4 psrts.
