The Weaver is a 2.3 m puppet-like horror creature made for PSX / PS1-style retro survival horror games. It wears a cracked porcelain mask and carries an iron frame on its back like a spider web. It moves like there are strings attached: it hangs there with its head down, then snaps up and comes at you one jerk at a time. From the same facility as The Dragger and The Vent Crawler.
