Memory usage in standalone/build

Since upgrading to 4.11 the same project started eating up all my memory and the textures were flickering. Plays fine in PIE but when I build the project or try to play in standalone unless I set settings to low I get extreme lag/memory usage and a flickering effect.

Edit: Narrowed down the problem to the scene capture component I have set up for my spell “icons”. I can remove them but would rather not have to. Is there something changed in 4.11?

Ok for some reason 2 of my render targets were 2056x2056. Reduced them to 256x256 and it works just fine.
