Memory issues in editor on Esc and restart

I’ve noticed that RAM increases every time I hit play in the Editor and the memory is not being freed when I press Esc. The same thing happens every time my Player dies and I restart the game.

I’ve tried to hit play and exit execution 30 times and I’ve got these changes of RAM


I think there must be something wrong in my settings, cause this is not only caused by my BP, but also by the editor itself.

If you activate FPS in the settings, you should also be able to see the Memory usage. That’s how I noticed that it was increasing each time i hit play

I wonder if maybe that’s why after a few runs of PIE my editor crashes now? I’m using 4.20.3 source build before 4.20.3 was released to launcher though.
