Hello I am trying out Twinmotion for my company and I am a new user. I cannot access any of the megascans content. The download icon is greyed out and nothing happens. There does not appear to be any other option for using Decals and this is a feature I need.
I’ve quit, relogged in, logged into epic games, logged into quixel, logged into fab and tried everything else I can think of but nothing seems to affect it. I turned off my VPN and this did nothing.
As a new user is there better information than the forum threads I’ve been trying to wade through? I’ve invested 2 hours now with slow restarts and relogging and to be honest I’m not even sure which website I’m supposed to log into (Fab? Quixel Megascans?). There are not error messages that pop up. Just a perpetually greyed out icons .
