Do you know if that is what is causing this panel to be transparent as well?
So, you can’t shoot through it, you can build inside it though.
When you go inside the building it’s in between floors though, as you can see by the pillars in the lobby. Your builds will be sticking out of the ceiling etc if you stand on that roof and place builds inside it.
