Hi. Sorry I couldn’t fina an answer to this question. My media player in won’t play video. If choosing my Elgato Camlink 4K for VIDEO in the top left corner there is just a black screen and in the bottom left corner it says READY. If I choose my Elgato Camlink 4K for Audio in the top left corner there is still a black screen but the audio comes through and in the bottom left corner it says Playing.
If I try to play a video file there is just a black screen but I can hear the audio and in the bottom left corner it says PLAYING.
I am sorry but I couldn’t find any information on what to do.
Please help.

Click on the formats(?) or video properties in the media player setup.
You need to make sure it matches the camera. Canon DSLR needs fiddling with so the Elgato may as well to get the exact format and fps.
As a sanity check I installed v 4.27 and everything worked flawlessly. But it wont work in v 5.0
Consider filing a bug report, especially if the same setup worked on UE4.27
