media player has no sound after packaging for win 32 bit

My media player plays the video correctly but there is no sound after packaging the project. Please help!

I have packaged on 4.10.4 for Windows 32-bit and have been able to hear the sound effects. I decided to test against 4.11 Preview 7 as well and was unable to replicate the issue you’re running in to. If you continue to run into this issue, please double check that it’s not simply just occurring in one project, but that it’s occurring in all for you. It would also be helpful to have your exact reproduction steps.
