Before you go to AnswerHub to report this (which you should do - ideally with a sample movie that isn’t playing), please check two things:
- If you are on a Mac, does the video play on the Mac in the Editor and viewport?
- Are you using ‘Launch’ to run the game on iOS? If so there may be an issue that means movies aren’t uploaded, you’ll need to use Project Launcher’s Advanced options instead.
