Measure intensity of a light source (IES Profile) at specific point

Hello guys,

i want to calculate the light intensity generated from a light source with an IES Light Profile at specific a point.

The idea is to get a source of light, add an IES Light Profile to it and then calculate the intensity of this light at specific points over a Wall / Object (for example).

I illustrated my question with a sketch so that you can get what i mean.
