This UI is Unity GUI(UGUI) component!
This component can turn the UI into a waves motion, which can be applied image component, text component and any UI component to waves motion!
The component can also simulate the effect of water waves effect!You can make the water waves in the photo!(You can watch the second video to see water waves effect!)
