Maybe a bug on rotating movement component

I added a rotating movement component and I got one problem with the character.
When the character collide the actor containing the rotating movement component, his Y location change which cause problems of collision.
I have the locked axis param from project settings set to Y. I added a hack which set the Y location of the character to 0.0 to avoid problems caused by that.
With my hack, the character is like glued before falling, sometimes he penetrates the actor with the rotating movement component.
Is it a bug or a solution exists ? If a solution exists, how solve the problem ?

Could you please try this within 4.8.0 Preview 4 and submit an AnswerHub in the bug reports section if you’re still able to replicate the issue. Please make sure that the reproduction steps that you provide are thoroughly, as we must be able to reproduce the issue before entering the report.
