Maya to UE4 Y-Axis coordinate is wrong?

The Y-Axis in UE4 is backwards isn’t it? I’m trying to set up a Maya to UE4 workflow and I can’t match up the XYZ coordinates.

Things I’ve tried

  1. Changing Maya “world Coordinate System” from Y to Z
  2. Changing Export option In Maya “Axis Conversion” from Y to Z
  3. Changing all “Miscellaneous” options in FBX Import for UE4

Looks like it was imported correctly? The ‘Y’ is in the same location relative to the X and Z no? It’s converted the Y coordinate for you to maintain the correct shape + orientation?
