Maya Live Link not shipping with 4.19?

I’m trying to find the Maya Live link plugin that’s featured in the new release 4.19. It doesn’t seem to be in the location identified. The release notes say:

**“You can find pre-built binaries of the Maya Live Link Plugin inside your Engine installation folder in the following location: Engine\Extras\MayaLiveLink\LiveLinkMaya.zip.” **

But I’ve triple checked in, and around that directory, and nothing. What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated! I’m on Windows 10, Engine ver. 4.19
