i am currently following tutorial series in maya and the tutor in his maya 2015 had this usefull select options, he did not explain how he got them so i assume they came with default interface

so i have maya 2016 and i dont seem to have those, i searched all tabs in order to find something similar but did not find it. this is maya 2016 default layout
