Maya camera export to Unreal not 1:1!

Hi, I am trying to get my camera from maya to unreal 1:1 and its not working.

its not sensor data making it not match
since its a positional offset and not a view offset. The camera is in the root. there is no form of constraints or anything that could not be baked down properly. I have tweaked all of the settings in the Maya FBX. In every other software its a few clicks and it works but here in Unreal, for whatever reason it doesnt match. The camera will go to the same position roughly and roughly point in the same direction but never exact.
