Maya: Animation Customization on a Control Rig

Dear UE4 Community,

i have a problem and dont get it.

Here you can see a “hidden mesh” with a control rig and i have imported an animation, but i dont know how to put that anim on the control rig.
My desired Workflow would be to load an anim on the control rig, then customize it with the control rig and export the result. I wanna create all anims within that one file. Is that possible. How the workflow would be. I have tried that “Bake on Control Rig” or Export Anim with ATOM and import it to control Rig, but nothing happens. The Control Rig doesnt move.

Any help, tuts are very welcome.
