May sometimes be missing achievements icons when received achievements at EGS.

Hello everyone!

We have encountered an issue that sometimes when obtaining platform achievement (pop-up) or in the EGS achievements list, the icons of those achievements are not displayed. Instead, it displays either completely gray squares, or gray squares with a mini image icon in the upper left corner of the square.

When getting another achievement during the same game, the same user may get the correct icon in the pop-up, or the correct icons may start to appear in the achievements list. No dependence on other actions in the game has been found.

Could you please advise if this can be a bug of EGS as a platform? If not - could you please suggest documentation that indicates what this behavior of achievement icons could be related to?
