I guess you mean mixamo characters.

Well, as stated on the webiste: Download assets as .FBX, .BVH, or COLLADA and customize away

And Unreal Engine 4 has a FBX Content Pipeline, where you can import it. It’s basically just drag’n’drop.

Is there something specific that isn’t clear?

I speak of the pack of free charactere maximo I did what you said but in default of the other version of the EU4 Custom does not appear in the game, I keep the basic personal blue …
after it is registered it is not compatible with my application or to be able to make it.
