Maximo Character made in Fuse imported into Unreal Engine have very weird Textures

Hellu peoples! (sry for the Mixamo Typo in the Title… :frowning: )
I’ve made a Character in Adobe Fuse put it into Mixamo got Animations and imported it into Unreal Engine with Standard Import options so i didn’t change anyhting.
Now if i preview my Character it got Texture errors and i googled but didn’t find this anywhere…

Plus on Mixamo the Character also looked fine ofc just that the Eyes were white… In fuse i put them Grey Blue

Hi! I had similar issues importing a nonstandard iClone character into Unreal. The textures came out all over the place! I see there was a big difference between how she looked in Mixamo and Unreal! I don’t know if this will help, but a couple of things to consider might be: Did you try “smoothing” before importing? Did you specifically choose for “Unreal Engine” when you were configuring to import? I was having skeletal mesh incompatibility issues in Unreal, until I realized I had to first import the character into Unreal without animation, then import a character WITH animation, but target the skeletal mesh of the character already in Unreal. It seems like Unreal is mainly set up for importing from Maya. Of course, just using stuff from the Unreal Store also simplifies things.

It didn’t gave me that option in mixamo so i just took the normal fbx one.

Edit: I did try what you did with no success…
Adobe Fuse Smooths the Model by itself

I fixed it by changing the models Blueprint’s Mats blend mode to Opaque
I still got a small problem tho the eyelashes are odd and the Hair looks like noodles
look at this :frowning:

You have to make the eyelashes into transparent.
