While others have reported issues on a mac, my issues are a bit different. Editor crashes and opens a crash report window which also crashes. I am not sure if report is sent and I cannot copy log from report since it is also not responding.
crash happens while editing texture maps on a very basic level.

Please and attach crash log next time this crash occurs; it should be generated if crash report window opens. You can read about info we like to get here:
I wasn’t able to reproduce a crash by copy/pasting LandscapeCoords node, or at any other point during tutorial video. logs you’re attaching aren’t project logs. Please attach logs found here:
Keep in mind that Library directory is hidden, and you’ll need to hold down Option key while in Finder’s Go menu to access it.
Do you get this same crash if you try it in a new project? If so, could you upload a test project somewhere and get me a download link so I can take a look at it here? Thanks!
I get crashes all time. Any project and looks random. I have started several projects and I get crashes at different times. Here is latest project and crash.
I downloaded project “UMG Inventory Demo” content and created a project with it. Started playing and got a crash. Log file attached
Might be worth mentioning that I have tried both versions 4.7 and 4.6.1. Both crash at some point or another. UMG Inventory Demo log attached is running 4.6.1
All of these crashes appear to be from 4.7. Are you also getting these crashes in 4.6? Additionally, these crashes appear unrelated. Please go to Launcher and Verify installation of 4.6 and 4.7.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I am marking this post as resolved for tracking purposes. If you’re still experiencing frequent crashes, please go to Launcher and Verify installation of 4.6 and 4.7. Thanks!
sorry. vacation was over and I had to go back to work. I have not had time to look into ti again but I will next weekend. Let’s assume my graphics card does not meet requirements and/or 4.7 is not stable. I will open a new ticket if issues continue. Thanks for help.
Your graphics card should be fine. If you continue having issues when you get back to it, please feel free to update this post. Make sure you try verifying engine installations in Launcher. Also let us know which OSX version you’re using; right now, we believe using Yosemite 10.10.1 and UE4 4.6.1 is most stable for Macs.
