Max Payne like Bullet Time while standing still

Hello Guys, basically i need help with what the title says.
I already have this Blueprint which you can see down below.
I need help for a Blueprint in which isStandingStill? would be true, basically somehow check if velocity is zero and then activate it, but im to dumb to do that.
Any help is apprechiated


Get current velocity from actor and compare it to zero. Here is two options. First seems to be generic, second - ACharacter specific.
