By default it is about 40 levels but that is entirely configurable in the game.ini: Extended Game Options: How to Configure your Custom ARK server :: ARK: Survival Evolved Server Hosting & Advertisement

You can also edit it in the gamedata_bp (or whatever it is called in your mod)

That would require editing the source code, which we cannot do
