Max angular velocity broken in 4.12

When setting the Max Angular Velocity in the Physics settings of a PrimitiveComponent, after ticking the box, specifying a value and compiling, the value is instantly set back to its default value of 3600.

Workaround is to use “Set Physics Max Angular Velocity” function.
