Matinee "world frame" and "relative to initial"

So I haven’t found simple “world frame” and “relative to initial” functions in Matinee which were in UDK , how I suppose to do animation without such important things.Is it my mistake that I can’t find them or there are really no such functions in UE4?

These setting don’t exist anymore. Everything is relative to the Actor’s parent now. By default Actors are parented to the world, so the default is world frame. You can parent it to another ‘dummy’ Actor at the same location and have it act as relative to initial though.
