When I pass my project into UE 4.8 from 4.76, i have found than matinee was not working properly.
After finish the animation,the flow goes to Reverse but dont flip to Play.

Hi , Just to rule out that the problem is not with FlipFlop did you try removing FlipFlop and use a boolean instead to toggle between ‘Play’ and ‘Reverse’ when ever MatineePlatform5 is done playing?

I change it for a boolean, it reaches the reverse.
Reverse is not working, that´s the problem, not the flip flop. Therefore MatineePlatform doesn´t finish.
Something has changed with “Reverse” in UE 4.8.

This appears to be an issue in 4.8 and I have reported the issue as UE-17583. I will keep you informed here as we investigate and work on a solution to this issue.

Any news on this issue? I am using UE 4.10.2 and I am trying to SetPosition/Reverse/ChangePlaybackDirection which behaves really strange. It is like it is working for just 1 frame but after any of these changes it continues playing from where it already was before the changes. It feels like there is an internal timeline in the object and the time is never reset (not using the best technical terms here but I hope you understand). Am I doing something wrong? Do you need me to post some screenshots?
This issue was corrected in 4.9. If you can post some screenshots of your Matinee and Blueprint setup, then I can help you narrow down what the problem might be,
