Matinee. Can't add animation track

Hi. For some reason I can’t add an animation track in matinee.
It doesn’t matter if I make a skeletal or an empty group, or if the actor is a skeletal mesh, or anything.
Also creating the skeletal group only pops up the movement track.

Am I the only one experiencing this issue, or is it an easy thing to fix? Because I’m not sure if it’s a bug or my mistake.

EDIT: It appears the anim track does show up when I add a skeletal mesh actor. The thing is I want to add a character, like the player, or an npc.

I have the same problem using version 4.7.6. Did you found out the solultion?
