The camera shake used to be simple and great, but it was the last remnant of matinee.
For the longest time, the SequenceCameraShake was completely undocumented and never (to my knowledge) even mentioned by Epic… until UE5 when we now have a two new nice menu entries:
However, when you run it, you get this:
So what’s the point then, if you’re going to ignore the one great thing about the old shakes?
EDIT: Hold on… if you open and then close a newly created camera shake, you can then choose the wave/perlin presets when you open it the second time… and you can manually enter the exact values from the old matinee shake in order to recreate it in the new class… why can’t the tool do the same?
