Matinee and a second monitor

there is an issue with matinee that i am honestly surprised with,
seeing that many people work on multiple monitors.

my matinee is on my second monitor.
often, in order to make some changes, i have to close the matinee.

each time i reopen it, matinee defaults to the main screen and i have to drag it over.
it gets annoying fast.
