Golden sunsets, blue hour, fog and neon nights - 10 city skylines that light your scene.

City Skylines Dusk to Night is 10 seamless 8K panoramas of modern waterfront cities from dusk to night: sunset silhouettes, sun rays over a harbour, a violet blue hour, a teal fog, a neon river, a rooftop under storm clouds and a river canyon between towers. Stored as true HDR, so lamps, signs and lit windows keep their brightness in reflections and lighting instead of looking flat.

✦ WHAT'S INSIDE

  • 10 seamless skies - equirectangular, 8192 × 4096, 360° × 180°

  • Unreal Engine 5 - 10 TextureCube assets + 10 ready example levels (HDRI Backdrop, manual-exposure Post Process Volume, Player Start facing the skyline)

  • Unity - 10 HDR cubemaps, 10 skybox materials, demo scene with sky switcher and reflection spheres, HDRP Volume Profiles (Built-in, URP, HDRP)

  • Additional files - all 10 skies as .hdr, 16-bit .exr and 8K .png

✦ TRUE HDR

  • Light sources - lamps, signs and lit windows store values up to 24 (a normal image stops at 1.0)

  • Lower the exposure 2 stops - the sky goes dark, the city lights keep glowing

  • Real reflections - bright highlights on glass, cars, water and metal, not flat grey pixels

  • Linear .hdr / .exr - ready for image-based lighting

✦ THE SKIES

  • Unity 2022.3 and above - Built-in Render Pipeline, URP and HDRP

  • No dependencies - no third-party plugins, no code

✦ USE CASES

  • Games - racing and driving, open-world cities, rooftop and balcony scenes, menus

  • Visualization - architecture, interiors with a city view, product and car renders

  • Film and VR - cinematics, virtual production backgrounds, 360° VR

✦ GOOD TO KNOW

  • HDR range - rebuilt from the image (the light sources), not bracketed camera captures

  • Ground - looking straight down, some skies are softer than at the horizon

Every gallery shot is an in-engine Unreal Engine 5 render of the included levels at the shipped exposure.
