Mathew81 - AAA Sci-Fi Space Station Kit

AAA Sci-Fi Space Station Kit is a modular interior kit for building sci-fi stations, ships and outposts. It ships 99 meshes on a 2 m grid with 4 m wall modules, and a finished example level you can walk: Cargo bay, Command deck, Connecting corridors, Engineering, Hangar, Hangar control booth, Main hall and Operations hub.

Everything snaps. Set grid snap to 200 cm, rotate in 90-degree steps, and pieces meet without gaps or z-fighting: walls, floors, ceilings, corridors, stairs, catwalks and doors are built to one set of shared heights and joint planes.

LIGHTING, BOTH WAYS. Every mesh carries lightmap UVs on channel 1 and works with Lumen, so the kit does not force a choice. Two maps ship: L_SF3_OpsHub (movable lights, Lumen GI and reflections, nothing to bake) and L_SF3_OpsHub_Baked (static lights, lightmaps, the cheapest to run).

BUILT FOR CLOSE INSPECTION. Surfaces carry an edge-wear mask on UV channel 2, driven per material instance, so chamfers and plate edges read at arm's length. Signage, warning labels and floor markings are decals, not baked into the albedo, so you can move them.

FORMATS. The Unreal Engine package ships the finished materials and both example levels. The FBX download carries the same 99 meshes with their LODs and UCX collision, all 29 PBR maps, and MATERIALS.csv, which gives every mesh and slot its colour, metallic, roughness, emissive and texture set, so the materials are quick to rebuild in any DCC. The converted GLTF, GLB and USDZ files are geometry only.

WHAT IS IN THE BOX

99 meshes, 858,196 triangles at LOD0 (20 to 44,196 per mesh)

3 LODs per mesh; Nanite on the opaque static pieces

Custom UCX convex collision (walk-through parts, the force field and door leaves, have none by design)

UV0 tiling, UV1 lightmap (64-2048), UV2 edge-wear mask

10 parent materials, 36 material instances

Example level: 543 placed pieces, 244 rect lights

Automatic blast doors driven by a Blueprint, no C++

Animated holograms, force field, reactor core and warning beacons

Walls, floors, ceilings, corridors, stairs, catwalks and doors

Command deck, engineering, cargo bay, main hall and hangar sets
