Sorry, I don’t understand what you’re suggesting to do. I think I need a video tutorial 
But I did notice that now the material reset seems to only be occurring after I merge two projects and then sync the import. I’ve tested it a few times and that is the consistent factor. But, scrolling up, a few weeks ago, merging the files is what saved me before. I guess I’m no closer to figuring it out 
. I’m running 2024.2 now and was 2024.1 before, maybe that’s the difference?
