Materials not showing up on characters on a specific project

Hey guys,

New to UE5 and I have an issue with a specific project, no matter which characters I get from the marketplace they all seem to be silhouette and not load the material, they do work on new/other projects… any ideas?

Hey @Mantrastic! Welcome to the Forums!

Since the materials work in other projects, have you tried opening the character model itself or placing them into a new level? Are they still blacked out?

Any additional info you can provide may be a big help in solving your problem!
