When I import a mesh from Blender to UE5 it shows the whole mesh as a gray checkerboard, despite me applying textures to it, when I open up the material that I used, it says the textures didn’t import properly (or something like that). It is massively time-consuming fixing every single material I import, so is there any way stop this from happening?
I think this one isn’t showing correctly, because you have a compilation error.
Generally speaking though, when you import from Blender, you have to import the textures manually, and make the material yourself. It will not automatically happen.
