Material Transparency + Material Rotation

Hello, I created a model in maya and textured it in substance painter then I sent it to unreal. So, the hologram was transparent on both sides, front and back - I could see what is on the front from the back of my model but in the unreal when I rotate my model to see it from the back its empty - but still looks like it should from the front view: How to fix it ? Another question - I have light under the hologram and I want to rotate this light(its separate material) but its only rotating textures and not the object(whole material) so how to fix it?
