Material stretching on UV cutting edges

Hi I have issues with material stretching on UV cutting edges it happens only in unreal 3d editor does not have this issue and I checked it in other apps like substance and toolbag.
Mash has 2 UV channels first has a world UV scale based on texture scale, the second one for AO

Material has UV scale and rotation parameters.

I deleted the second UV channel and reuploaded the mesh. made some relax for UVs In editor nothing changes but in unreal stretching changed their places.

The issue was fixed when I save the object as OBJ instead FBX
