material quaility got low after shipping build, but running fine when PIE

I use 3ds max build a stone and use substance painter to create texture, and then import to Unreal 5.3.1, I use SceneCapture2D to create UI when I was pickup the item of this stone, and show the UI in viewport, However, when I saw in PIE, the material and texture is fine, but after shipping build and play the game, the stone’s quaility and texture got lower then PIE, could anyone know how to fix this problem?

try going to project settings and turn TEXTURE STREAMMING off
