Material not reacting in Game Viewport when Migrating Metahuman from UE4 to UE5

Not sure what is going on here, the metahuman skin material instance works fine in UE4, but migrating to UE5 causes it to break. I am no longer able to adjust skin parameters in the instance. It changes in the material viewer but not the actual game viewport for some reason.

Nevermind! I found out that the skin materials have LOD materials. And they are referencing a base instance and the settings I was trying to adjust were on the Material LOD 0 but it wasnt visible in the viewport.
