Material - Mask each face of static mesh

I’m new in UE4. I was making this effect on material. It apply to cylinder static mesh. I mask the effect by gradient that I made in Photoshop. I like it all mask on the side walls. But I want to remove it from top and bottom face of cylinder. What I need is just effect on side walls, fade out to 0 on the top and the same on the bottom. I want both top face and bottom face to be 100% transparency.
How I can do it? Is there a way I do UV edit on those walls and apply just transparent material? Or there is other way?
