In the level editor, actor editor, and mesh editor, the mouse controls behave the same way. In the Materials Editor, the mouse controls behave in a completely different way. This doesn’t make any sense, and is an unnecessary headache. It would be good to either be able to change the controls to the user’s liking, or to standardize them across the engine’s various editors, using the level editor as the example because it’s the first thing experienced.
I am agree. Consistent mouse controls across all editors would make the workflow much smoother. At the very least, giving users the option to customize or match the Level Editor controls would be a great usability improvement.
