Hello, my Fortnite island has been approved and published publicly. The thumbnail, title, and island code are all visible normally.
The problem is that I cannot launch the island through public matchmaking. When I or my friends try to join, it stays stuck on “Finding a server”, sometimes for more than 10 minutes, and the game never starts.
However, the island works normally when I launch it directly in Creative mode.

I play on PC. Could you please help me understand why public matchmaking is not working?
