Match Making Portal - Not showing island thumbnails

So I have a Creative Hub that I built that contains Match Making Portals to my other creative islands I have built. The portals are setup and functioning, however the portal screen will only show grey instead of the island artwork. The text information for the island shows, just without artwork.

Please advise.

As an alternative:

You can create a plane & attach a material to it (In this example a material of your wanted thumbnail). Then just set it to the right position & now you have a thumbnail for the matchmaking portal
