Master Sound Volume

Is there a way to match Unreals master sound volume to the volume the user has set on the computer. Currently when I play a music clip in Media Player / QT / Music Player it is louder than when I play it in the editor, so the default audio level in Unreal is lower.

From just testing it seems that you need to set the sound multiplier in Unreal to 3 for the audio to play at the same level as sounds played out side Unreal relative to the volume set on the computer. Does that seem right?
