massively reduce city sample building packed actor size

hi guys so im doing a game like so:

the problem is that the 3 structures in the image are barely 2GB as the assets are from city sample project and have ultra quality, is there any way to reduce the size massively, for jus tbeing enough for my needs, to see it good in pixelated mode? i dont need 1GB per building, 80mb is ok, also this increase packaging times and all that x111111111111111111111

im using a simple post process material for the effect, but the bulding stills at ultra lod 4k hyperrealistic

the game should be 50mb but its 14GB lmao

Right click on mesh, asset action, export.

Open it in 3d editor and remove LODs and simplify the mesh (or just leave most simple LOD).

Reimport it back.
