Massive orbiting planets and performance?

Hello,

Let’s say I make a huge voxel planet, and even with dynamic LODs there are still several 1000 voxels loaded at all times. If I were to orbit this voxel planet around another object, which in theory means moving all these voxels in space at the same time, would it cause an immense reduction of performance?

Is it even possible make a solar system with several planets orbiting its sun, each planet consisting of 1000 voxels? I know you would use LODs to scale down the amount of voxels, but what if there are one player at each planet?
